1. Booking & Payments

  • To confirm a booking, customers must provide the required personal details and make a deposit or full payment as specified in the package.

  • All prices are subject to change based on availability, exchange rates, and other market factors.

  • Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeline:

    • More than 30 days before departure: Partial refund (minus administrative fees).

    • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.

    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

      No refunds are provided for unused services, no-shows, or voluntary trip modifications after departure

3. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents.
  • Summit International Travel and Tours is not responsible for denied entry due to missing or incorrect documents.

4. Health & Safety

  • Some tours require a certain level of physical fitness. Travelers should consult a medical professional before booking adventure or trekking tours.
  • We are not liable for any medical conditions, accidents, or health issues that arise before, during, or after the trip.
  • Travelers must follow local laws, customs, and the guidance of tour leaders for their safety.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

  • Summit International Travel and Tours is not responsible for any financial losses due to trip disruptions.

6. Changes & Cancellations by the Company

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political instability, or natural disasters.

  • In case of cancellation by us, customers will be offered an alternative trip or a refund (excluding unrecoverable costs).

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Summit International Travel and Tours acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport providers. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties.

  • We shall not be liable for personal injury, death, property damage, or any losses incurred during the trip.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, fellow travelers, and local communities.

  • Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or non-compliance with tour regulations may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Summit International Travel and Tours and may not be copied or used without permission.
